This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Amplified Web Services does not own or control, or to people that Amplified Web Services does not employ or manage.

Information given out publicly:

Some of our web sites and publications provide public information to the benefit of the public. This information comes from other public sources or it is directly submitted by participants for publication. An example of this is directory listings of shops in downtown areas with phone numbers and addresses. It is never our intention to have private information made public without the consent of the entity the information is about.

Internet Information collected and how it may be collected:

Some of our web sites and publications request information directly by form survey. Said information shall be handled as described on the website and that information that is private is to be confidential and that information requested and supplied for public consumption is not considered private information. For example public petitions.

Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers, that serve as that computer's "Internet Protocol" IP address. When a visitor requests a page from any Web site within the Amplified Web Services, our Web servers automatically recognize that visitor's domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site. We use this information to examine our traffic in aggregate, and to investigate misuse of the Amplified Web Services Network, its users, or to cooperate with law enforcement. Our Web servers do not automatically record e-mail addresses of the visitors.

Information collected for purchase of products or services:

If you are purchasing something from a Amplified Web Services, we and any third party provider, need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us, or third party providers, to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. This information may also be used by us to notify you of related products and services. Credit card and e-mail information will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose except as provided in this Privacy Policy without your express permission.

Certain Amplified Web Services media properties use a shopping cart feature that safeguards this information by using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted servers. SSL codes the information transferred between you and the server, rendering it unreadable to anyone trying to intercept the information. Other Amplified Web Services media properties do not use SSL and thereby do not offer a secure coded way to transfer information.

Disclosure of information collected to outside third parties:

Amplified Web Services will disclose personal information and/or an IP address, when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:
1) Cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities and conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Amplified Web Services,
2) Protect and defend the rights or property of the Amplified Web Services's network of sites and related properties, or visitors to the Amplified Web Services's Network of sites and related properties,
3) Identify persons who may be violating the law, the Amplified Web Services legal notice and Web site Terms of Service, the rights of third parties, or otherwise misusing the Amplified Web Services network or its related properties,
4) Fulfill a user's order or request.

By using the Amplified Web Services services, you consent to the collection and use of information by Amplified Web Services as specified above. If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
